Account and registration

Go to the Member login page and click the "Forgot password?" link below the password field. Enter your username or email address and select Submit. We will send a password-reset link to your registered email address within a few minutes. Open the email, click the reset link, and create a new password. Make sure your new password includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and at least one number. The reset link expires after 24 hours; if you do not use it in time, request a new one. Once you have set your new password, return to the login page and sign in with your username and the new password.

Visit the Open account page on aw8indo and fill in the registration form: username, email address, password, confirm password, and mobile number. Review and accept our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Click Create account. You will then be taken to the identity verification step. Upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and a proof of address document (utility bill or bank statement from the last 3 months). Once we receive your documents, verification typically completes within 24 hours. You can check your verification status in the account Settings menu. After verification is approved, deposit funds via your preferred payment method and begin accessing aw8indo markets.

Payments and transactions

aw8indo accepts deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum transaction limits set by the provider. Generally, mobile wallet deposits (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) start at low minimums (often under our welcome offer) and allow deposits up to several million rupiah per transaction. mobile banking and bank transfers also support variable limits depending on your bank and the time of day. When you select a payment method on the Deposit page, the system will display the exact minimum and maximum for that transaction. Deposits typically credit within minutes; however, some transactions may require additional verification before funds appear in your account balance.

Yes. aw8indo accepts bank transfers from local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking. When you select bank transfer on the Deposit page, the system will generate a unique virtual account (VA) number linked to your aw8indo account. Transfer your desired amount to this VA from your bank account using online banking, mobile app, or ATM. The transfer typically completes within subject to verification depending on the bank and time of day. Transfers made during bank holidays or outside banking hours may take longer. Withdrawals are processed back to your original bank account; be sure your bank details are current in your account Settings before requesting a withdrawal.

Our weekly cashback offer applies to qualifying stakes placed on certain markets during the promotion period. The cashback percentage and eligible markets are listed in the Promotions section of your account. Cashback is calculated on net losses (stake minus winnings) for the week. To claim cashback, you typically need to meet a minimum activity threshold—for example, a certain total stake or number of bets. Cashback is credited to your account by Monday of the following week, subject to terms. The offer terms may vary by promotion cycle; always check the current Promotions page for exact eligibility and claim deadlines. Cashback is not guaranteed; it is offered on a promotional basis and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

Security and account care

aw8indo provides several account-control tools in your Settings menu: change your email address or mobile number; enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for added login security; reset your password; view your transaction history (deposits, withdrawals, and stakes); check your KYC verification status; and manage notification preferences. Two-factor authentication is optional but strongly recommended; once enabled, you will receive a code each time you log in from a new device.
